Gray Horse Farm horse shows
Hunter and jumper shows in Powhatan, Virginia
Four weekends a year, with jumpers on Saturday and hunters on Sunday. Our shows are approved by VHSA (Associate), BHSA, and GRHSA, and we offer Thoroughbred Incentive Program classes for both hunters and jumpers.
There is a class for nearly everyone, from lead line and ground poles up to 4' jumpers. Every class has six ribbons, every division has a champion and reserve, and the series ends with year-end awards.

For riders · Unbridled Mindset
Do nerves get in the way on show day?
You are not the only one. Courtenay, who owns the farm, also coaches riders who want to feel steadier at shows, or who are finding their confidence again after a fall. The off-season is a good time to work on it.
